Hey there, I’m Anita.

I'm a mom who struggles to find the time to work out despite being a full-time personal trainer. I throw together good enough dinners on paper plates and keep having to remind myself that something is better than nothing. I know how hard it is to balance all the pressures of being healthy - for ourselves and our families and I'm familiar with the frustrations of having to start over, coming back from an injury, or needing to take the time to recover properly in that critical postpartum period.

Successful workout programs are not just a list of exercises with prescribed weights, sets, and repetitions, they take into account our whole life.
